Conflict Management: Navigating Tension with Clarity and Confidence

Conflict is inevitable—but how leaders respond can make all the difference. This session equips participants with the tools to approach conflict as a catalyst for growth, not disruption. Through proven frameworks and emotionally intelligent strategies, leaders will learn to navigate difficult conversations, uphold accountability, and choose the right conflict style for each situation.

Session Highlights:

  • Difficult Conversations: Build confidence in addressing tension with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
  • Accountability: Reinforce expectations and follow-through while maintaining trust and psychological safety.
  • Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI): Explore five conflict styles and when to apply each for effective resolution.
  • SBI Framework (Situation–Behavior–Impact): Practice delivering clear, non-defensive feedback that fosters understanding and change.

This session is ideal for leaders seeking to transform conflict into connection and lead with emotional agility in challenging moments.
