  • Treat all participants and facilitators with respect and professionalism. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal stories or sensitive discussions. 
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior or language. 
  1. Confidentiality & Safe Space 
  • Agree to uphold a psychologically safe environment. 
  • Respect the privacy of others—what’s shared in the room stays in the room. 
  1. Media & Content Release (Optional) 
  • Consent to photos, recordings, or testimonials for promotional use. 
  • Clarify whether participants will be tagged or quoted publicly. 
  1. Intellectual Property 
  • Acknowledge that course materials are proprietary and not for redistribution. 
  • Agree not to reproduce, share, or teach the content without permission. 
  1. Payment & Refund Policy 
  • Confirm understanding of tuition fees, payment deadlines, and refund terms. 
  • Include any scholarship or sponsorship conditions if applicable. 
  1. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment 
  • Acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at one’s own discretion. 
  • Release the organization from liability for personal injury or loss.
